If you ask any taxi driver in Tel Aviv that you want to go to Abu Hassan, he will know where to bring you. It is a tiny rustic place hidden in a small street in Jaffa and people say, that the hummus there is the best in the world. I haven’t been to too many great places for hummus, so I can’t really say if its the best in the world. But what I can assure that it was the best hummus I have ever eaten in my life. The slightly warm hummus was generously drizzled with olive oil and was served with roughly chopped onions and pita bread. Full of flavours, full of joy…
