Winemaker Dinner with Armand Heitz at La Bastide de Saint-Tropez

In July, fine wine maison Vintage Cellar (@vintagecellar_app on Instagram) and Luxeat welcomed Burgundian winemaker Armand Heitz to Hôtel La Bastide de Saint-Tropez for an intimate dinner. Chef Luca Binaschi created a Mediterranean menu paired with standout wines from Domaine Armand Heitz, including Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru 2020 and Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru 2020.

Heitz, who took over his family estate in 2011 after studying oenology in Switzerland, has since built a reputation as one of Burgundy’s rising voices. Expanding into prestigious appellations from Pommard to Chevalier-Montrachet, he combines tradition with a forward-looking approach rooted in permaculture and agroecology. Guests heard his story first-hand over the course of an evening where fine food, wine, and conversation came together in harmony.
